Meet the Leadership Team
Dr Kevin Gaskell
Dr Kevin Gaskell is the Business Strategist of Health and Safety Dialogue Company Ltd, an experienced CEO and chairman. He is a serial entrepreneur, corporate strategist, international speaker and founder of The Inspiring Leaders Group. Previously CEO of Porsche GB and BMW GB he was formally nominated as one of the UK’s 40 most capable leaders and is widely considered to be one of the most talented businessmen of his generation.

Lindy Scott
Lindy Scott is the Founder and Creative Director of Health and Safety Dialogue Company Ltd. Lindy has a background in fine art, occupational health and safety, digital marketing, strategy and has international teambuilding experience. Lindy was recognised as one of the Top 40 Women in MICE (2015) and a top 15 finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year (2017).

Mathew Goncalves
Mathew Goncalves is a chemical engineer and data analyst. He is also a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 45001. Mathew’s skillset is multi-faceted and includes an understanding of complex data within high risk working environments. Mathew’s expertise also includes conducting production optimisation, process mapping and training within organisations. Mathew is the South African Representative of the Safety Differently Book Cub.
Currently resides in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Nancy Nouaimeh
Nancy Nouaimeh is a Chartered Business Excellence Professional for Health and Safety Dialogue Company Ltd, with over 16 years of experience in quality, safety and excellence models. She holds Masters degrees in Total Quality Management and in Agronomic Sciences & Bio-engineering from Belgium and holds many certifications from ASQ and other organisations. In addition, Nancy is a certified quality auditor, certified supplier professional, certified Green Belt, and an integrated management system and business continuity management systems lead auditor. She is also a senior assessor for national excellence awards, holds several voluntary roles at the American Society for Quality and is an advocate of women empowerment. Nancy is also trilingual in English, French and Arabic.

Kay Inkster
Kay Inkster is an entrepreneur, people strategist and angel investor. Kay has an extensive international background in multi-cultural training and development, people strategy and communication. Kay is currently an Investor, Co-founder or Operational Board Member in nine companies including one NPO, The Angels Resource Centres, which has assisted to date 5000 township entrepreneurs with business skills training and seed capital funding.
